My Mobile Banking is the ultimate on-demand service. Now you can access your account information from any mobile device with either text messaging or mobile web access. With the text messaging, you can receive account balances and transaction history. With the web access, you can view account balances, see transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, find bank and ATM locations, anytime and anywhere. And, it’s FREE!


My Mobile Banking is a FREE service from C US Bank. You must currently be enrolled in our FREE On-Line Banking service. To sign up for On-Line Banking, simply go to and look under On-Line Services for the application. Or, stop in one of our convenient locations and we will help you sign up. To sign up for text or mobile banking, follow the directions below.


My IPay is a person to person payment service. Send money securely and conveniently through My IPay to anyone in the United States. All that is needed is the recipient’s e-mail address and the rest is completed by the recipient through an on-line interface. Payments are deducted from your account and deposited directly into recipient’s account within two business days. Pay your babysitter, your grandson, your co-worker. Simply login to On-Line Banking and go to the widget on the home page that says SEND MONEY to complete the process. This is not available through Mobile Banking, only through On-Line Banking.


Now you can pay your bills from anywhere your phone goes. You must be a current On-Line Banking user and must have your payees set up on our Bill Pay system. To pay a bill on your phone select pay bills, choose account, select your payee from your list of current payees, enter the payment amount, and submit. It’s that simple!

Mobile Web access is required. Bill Pay is not available with our Text Banking option.


You don’t need internet access on your phone to use My Mobile Banking. With text-enabled mobile phones you can receive account balances and transaction history. You need to have On-Line Banking in order to enroll.

To enroll:
-Log in to C US Bank On-Line Banking


-Enter mobile phone number, select mobile provider, select accounts to access via text, and create Mobile Short Name for each selected account. Click Submit. (Mobile Short Name is the name included in the text to request information for a specific account.)

-Review enrollment information. Read and accept the terms.

-The confirmation screen provides instructions to complete the enrollment process.

-Text YES to the text message sent to your mobile device.

If you have a signature line on your messaging, text mobile banking will not work.


With internet access on your phone, you can: View account balances and transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills, view account alerts, view bank and ATM locations.

Two Options for enrollment:

1)Login to On-Line Banking , Select Options>Mobile Settings >Web Mobile Settings. Read and accept the mobile banking agreement. Hit next. Fill out the requested information. Click on enroll now. Then access with or app and use your On-line Banking ID and password.

2)Via Your phone:

a.Type in and use your on-line banking ID and password. Read and accept the mobile banking agreement. Hit next. Fill out the requested information. Click on enroll now.*

b.Download our App to your Smartphone. (We offer ANDROID and iPHONE apps. All other phone types must use the url above to access mobile banking.)

i.ANDROID: Go to the Google Play Store and search for “CUSB Mobile Banking”. Install the app.

ii.iPHONE: Go to the iTunes store and search for “CUSB Mobile Banking”. Install the app.

Start the app, sign in using your On-Line Banking ID and password. Read and accept mobile banking agreement, hit next, fill out the requested info, and click on enroll now. *
