CUSB Bank leadership has been monitoring the evolving circumstances related to COVID-19 and are enacting our business continuity plans to continue to serve and protect their valued banking customers, employees and communities.
Effective 12 noon Thursday, March 19, and until further notice, entrance to all CUSB Bank lobbies will be by appointment only. Our Cresco drive up and walk up teller will be available for banking business during our normal business hours. If you have an appointment, please come to the walk up teller entrance for admittance into the bank.
Drive up service is available for banking business at our other locations as well during normal drive up hours. If you have an appointment at Ridgeway, Lime Springs, or Charles City, please come in the front door entrance vestibules for admittance into the bank. If you have an appointment at our Osage location, please come to the north side of the building and go to the door with signage on it stating "CUSB Appointment Door."
If you need to come to the bank, please call us for an appointment at (800) 397-9964. CUSB Bank offers full service E-Banking Solutions (including Live Chat and My Mobile Deposit) available at www.cusb.com. If you need assistance, please call us. We would be happy to assist you.
