HOW DO I CHANGE MY PIN?
To activate your card AND customize your PIN number, simply call 800-717-4923.
You'll need your new card and social security number to complete activation and changing of your PIN.
Instructions:
*Enter Card number plus # - press 1 if it is correct
*Enter last 4 digits of social security number plus # - press 1 if correct
*Enter 4 digit expiration date - press 1 if correct – MESSAGE – YOUR CARD IS NOW ACTIVE
*Press 1 to change your PIN number
*Enter the CVC # from the back of your card plus # - press 1 if correct
*Enter the 4 digit PIN plus #
